Peer-to-Peer Classes
These classes are taught by two mental health consumers who have reached a level of stable recovery - they have undergone training to qualify them to teach the course which provides ways of coping, communication, self-care and other elements that lead to recovery. If interested in attending this class in downtown Hamilton, please call the NAMI office at 513-860-8387.
We are scheduling a P2P 9-week education program in March for people who receive mental health services.
